In 2019, Jon sold 822 Sarbonne Road for $75 million, achieving the 10th highest sale in the history of Los Angeles.

High-end, luxury listings are not Jon’s sole focus. He and his team proudly represent various properties at varying price points across the city. Jon and his team prioritize serving the client, building trust, and cultivating a culture of integrity.

As an L.A. native, Jon is intimately familiar with the city where he has lived. He has more than 17 years of experience as a real estate agent, developer and (formerly) mortgage broker, and as such, he understands every facet of the business. Jon has extensive experience in construction and high-end residential development. He has developed multiple properties in Beverly Hills and the Sunset Strip. Most notably, Jon was the developer of a modern/architectural home designed by acclaimed architect Hagy Belzberg that sold for $24 million.

Jon is an excellent communicator and readily shares his expertise with clients as he walks them through each transaction stage. He takes tremendous pride in performing at the highest level, providing each of his clients with concierge-level service and a tireless work ethic.
