Totally worth a listen I came across their TikTok and wound up talking to them a little bit on their lives on TikTok and they told me about their podcast over here on Apple podcast which is awesome for me because I love downloading stuff to my iPod I hope nothing but the very best for them and will most definitely be sharing this around they seem to really care about what they’re doing and putting a lot of love into it and they have quite a few interesting topics so I’m willing to keep an open mind that’s the flavour of life and how you find out if you like something 🙏🏻😌 I hope you have the day you deserve

Fantastic!

Jay is such a fun and engaging host. He covers the gamut in every episode. I love how his guest is a jumping off place for really deep and thoughtful conversation. He and Gary are a wonderful team, and as a guest I was so impressed by their preparation and questions. Love it!

Love the Balance

The host does an excellent job of making his guest feel comfortable to discuss serious subject matter such as traumatic events while adding just enough humour to keep the keep the audience engaged and showing respect to his guests 5 stars.
