We hope you are getting excited for the new season as it approaches đź‘€ To wrap up our many themes that we've explored for the past few weeks, we wanted to finish with one that is perhaps the most important to the identity of the podcast: authenticity. We can't wait to share what our amazing guests have said about being themselves.
Here, guest Kent Lawlor makes the very important point that authenticity only comes after you accept yourself. If you are holding on to guilt or shame over things you've said or done, then you won't be able to accept them and move on to living as your authentic self.
