In Season 2 Episode 5, Guest Mike Barker (@mikebarkerentguru) shares his experience being a racial minority in college. Growing up he had never paid much attention to diversity, but this changed when he attended Cal State Long Beach, where he rarely saw other black students and was even called a "token" by white friends. But there is so much more to individuals than a "token" status.
