Marcus is a 'communication coach' for parents of preteens. He helps business professionals who are parents of 10 to 14 year olds effectively show up and connect with their preteen during these key formative years, in order to secure a relationship that lasts beyond a lifetime.
He especially finds joy in supporting multicultural families; families who communicate across generational and cultural divides. Marcus has served internationally (in East Asia, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East and South America) for over 20 years. He also grew up in a diverse home himself (his mom is from the Philippines and his dad is from the Bahamas), so he understands the challenges of an intercultural family.
