Kelly Baumgartner

ADHD Coach and Content Creator

(Unsure if this should be in first person or not! Feel free to adjust!) Kelly is an ADHD coach and content creator. She grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and despite struggling in school and feeling different all her life she wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until she turned 30. Upon her diagnosis, she hyper fixated on learning everything she could about ADHD and how to help herself, then eventually decided to share what she knew with others online and as a coach.
